Unfortunately, these opportunities are often squandered because of the win-at-all costs mentality of some youth coaches and parents. Research has shown that positive coaching can increase an athlete's self esteem and self-confidence, which result in more enjoyment from participating, which causes a child to be more likely to continue playing. Our drills are based on the positive coaching model.
